Project

A project within an Intelligent Automation – Scale & Quality team, focused on designing, developing and deploying RPA and AI‑driven automation solutions. The role contributes to the evolution of intelligent automation capabilities, integrating Generative AI into existing workflows, improving development practices, and ensuring high‑quality, reliable deliverables across multiple business applications.

Role

• Design, develop, test and implement RPA robots interacting with multiple third‑party applications
• Develop and deploy GenAI solutions using APIs
• Integrate Generative AI into existing RPA workflows
• Continuously improve development best practices to ensure reliability and quality
• Collect and analyse business needs and functional documentation
• Ensure quality and stability of deliverables
• Test, monitor and evaluate automation solutions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals

We are looking for

• 2+ years of RPA development experience with leading platforms (Blue Prism highly recommended, Automation Anywhere, UiPath)
• Experience in AI‑related projects (GenAI, RAG, NLP, ML)
• Previous development experience with C# .NET, Python, NoSQL, Angular, Java
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, CI tools, Git, Kubernetes
• Ability to work in a multicultural team in hybrid mode
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
