Airport Lounge Supervisor

Full-Time | $21–$23/hr | Benefits + Tip Share

The Club ATL is hiring one professional, confident leader to join our management team at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport!

Help lead our high-volume airport lounge team while delivering exceptional service to travelers from around the world.

Schedule

• 1:00 PM–11:00 PM
• Full-time | In-person

What You’ll Do

• Lead daily lounge operations and supervise team members
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns
• Coordinate staff assignments, breaks, and service flow
• Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and lounge standards
• Communicate professionally with airport partners and management
• Support inventory, reporting, and team accountability
• Step into concierge and other hospitality duties as needed

What We’re Looking For

✔ Previous hospitality supervisory or management experience required
✔ Professional, polished, and confident demeanor
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔ Organized and calm under pressure
✔ Reliable transportation (parking provided)
✔ Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
✔ Must meet company grooming and uniform standards

Pay & Benefits

• $21–$23/hr, based on experience
