What they need
PASSENGER SERVICES ASSOCIATE (AIRPORT)
Alternate 5/6 working days per week.
Day & Night shifts involved (9 hours shift, with 1 hour unpaid break)
MUST be able to attend face to face interview on 20 Oct, 4.30pm.
NO WORK PASS SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE.
Job Description:
Assist passengers at the FAST kiosk machines/bag drop area
Escort foreign crew from arrival to hotel stay/from hotel to departure area.
Escort passengers from check-in through security checks, passport control, lounge area.
Departure and Arrival Gate handling
Other miscellaneous duties when assigned
Transport reimbursement claimable for shifts starting before 7am and ending past 11pm.
Requirements:
- Presentable and well groomed (NO VISIBLE TATTOOS, only black/dark hair)
- Able to stand long hours
- Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
- Good communication skills and command of English
- Possess basic computer skills
