Available Shifts

Full-Time

• Monday-Sunday | 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
• Monday-Sunday | 4:30 PM - Last Flight

Key Responsibilities as an Airport Starter:

• Greet arriving passengers with a friendly and professional attitude
• Assist travelers with transportation pickup procedures and designated loading areas
• Coordinate passenger flow in assigned transportation zones
• Match passengers with available drivers and transportation services
• Provide information regarding zTrip services, fares, and transportation options
• Answer questions and assist travelers with directions throughout transportation pickup areas
• Support passengers requiring accessibility assistance or special accommodations
• Address customer concerns promptly and professionally
• Maintain communication with drivers, dispatchers, and airport personnel
• Help ensure safe, organized, and efficient loading operations
• Represent zTrip with professionalism, courtesy, and exceptional customer service
