Airtel HDO - Territory Manager (On-Roll)

Location: Chennai, Trichy and Vellore

Salary: 5 LPA - 6.9 LPA

Experience: Minimum 2+ Years

Age: Maximum 35

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor Installation, Shifting, Reactivation & Fault Repair activities.

• Ensure timely resolution of customer service requests as per SLA/TAT.

• Manage and coordinate Wiremen, Engineers and field teams.

• Monitor team productivity and ensure achievement of defined KPIs/targets.

• Ensure quality installation and minimize repeat/re-open complaints.

• Handle customer escalations and coordinate with internal teams for faster resolution.

• Monitor field-team performance through Airtel work platforms/apps.

• Ensure adherence to Airtel processes, SOP, safety and quality standards.

• Conduct regular audits and prepare productivity/performance reports.

• Identify process improvements to improve customer experience and service quality.

• Drive Serve-to-Sell / product pitching through field teams.

• Train and guide field resources for better productivity and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

• Any Degree and Diploma

• Strong experience in Broadband / FTTH / Fiber / Wi-Fi operations.

• Team handling and field operations experience.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Vendor / partner management experience preferred.

• Willingness to work in a field-based role.

• Candidates from Telecom / Broadband / DTH / Fiber background preferred.
