该职位来源于猎聘 Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Product Manager to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of AI-powered products and solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both B2B (enterprise) and B2C (consumer) product management, a deep understanding of AI product design and development, and solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles. This role requires excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams in English. Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute product strategies, roadmaps, and feature priorities for AI-driven products.
• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept definition and user research to launch and continuous optimization.
• Design and develop innovative AI-powered experiences leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation technologies.
• Gather and translate business requirements, customer feedback, and market insights into actionable product requirements.
• Work closely with Engineering, Data Science, Design, and Business teams to deliver high-quality products.
• Drive product innovation across both enterprise (B2B) and consumer-facing (B2C) solutions.
• Define product KPIs, monitor performance, and continuously improve user engagement and business outcomes.
• Ensure AI solutions deliver tangible customer value while maintaining usability, scalability, and compliance standards.
• Partner with UI/UX designers to create intuitive, user-centric experiences and optimize customer journeys.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging AI technologies, and competitive landscapes. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Design, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in technology, software, internet, or AI-related industries.
• Proven experience managing both B2B (Enterprise) and B2C (Consumer) products.
• Hands-on experience in AI product design, including Generative AI, LLM applications, AI assistants, chatbots, recommendation systems, or related AI solutions.
• Strong understanding of product discovery, product strategy, user requirements analysis, and agile development methodologies.
• Solid knowledge of UI/UX design principles, user research methodologies, information architecture, interaction design, and user journey mapping.
• Experience working closely with engineering and design teams to deliver scalable digital products.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Fluent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate effectively in international business environments.
