Aiwibi Sales Executive - Regional

About the role

This role involves identifying and approaching potential new trading partners and retailers, conducting new account openings, and expanding outlet coverage within an assigned territory. You will execute sales activities, maintain inventory and sales reporting, and manage payment collection from trading partners.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential new trading partners and retailers
• Conduct new account opening and follow through the account activation process
• Develop new outlets within the assigned territory and continuously expand account coverage
• Conduct minimum 4 outlet visits per day
• Capture display photos and videos for every outlet visit as proof of execution
• Maintain proper daily visit records and submit updates accordingly
• Follow up with trading partners for monthly sales and inventory reports
• Ensure sales and inventory information is accurate and updated for management review
• Follow up on outstanding payments with trading partners
• Achieve payment collection within agreed credit terms

About you

• Ability to achieve 100% visit coverage with photo and video evidence
• Capability to provide timely and accurate sales reports and stock updates
