- IBM Power Systems Administration
- IBM Hardware Management Console (HMC) Administration
- AIX Administration (AIX 6.x and 7.x)
- Network Installation Manager (NIM) Administration
- AIX Patching, Upgrades, and Maintenance
- Infrastructure Monitoring and Performance Management
- Backup, Restore, and Recovery Operations
- Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes
- Vendor Coordination and Escalation Management
Preferred Competencies:
- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience in production support environments with adherence to SLAs.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, customers, and external vendors for issue resolution and service delivery.
