AJO/AEP Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Adobe Architect to lead enterprise-scale Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Real-Time CDP, and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in customer data platforms, identity resolution, customer 360 solutions, real-time personalization, and multi-channel journey orchestration.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP solutions.
• Lead Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) implementation and customer journey orchestration.
• Define XDM schema architecture, identity graph strategy, and unified customer profile design.
• Build scalable customer data solutions enabling real-time segmentation and activation.
• Integrate AEP with CRM, MarTech platforms, Data Lakes, and third-party applications.
• Design customer 360 solutions and identity resolution frameworks.
• Drive architecture governance, best practices, and technical solution reviews.
• Lead pre-sales discussions, RFP responses, estimations, and solution proposals.
• Collaborate with business, marketing, and technology stakeholders.
• Mentor technical teams and provide architectural guidance throughout project delivery.

Required Experience

• 15+ years of IT experience.
• 5+ years in Adobe Experience Platform / RTCDP implementations.
• Experience architecting large-scale customer data platforms.
• Experience handling 10M+ customer profiles and enterprise data ecosystems.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management experience.
• Exposure to Healthcare, Banking, Financial Services, Telecom, or Retail domains
