About the role

This role involves managing and preparing full sets of company accounts, organizing and updating records of outstanding company accounts, reviewing financial records, bank transactions and cash flow, preparing Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for the company and projects, reviewing costs, expenses and profits for each project, performing bank account reconciliation and financial records reconciliation, identifying incomplete transactions or those requiring further clarification, collaborating with auditors, company secretaries and management, and ensuring company financial records are organized and complete.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prepare full sets of company accounts
• Organize and update records of outstanding company accounts
• Review financial records, bank transactions and cash flow
• Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) reports for the company and projects
• Review costs, expenses and profits for each project
• Perform bank account reconciliation and financial records reconciliation
• Identify incomplete transactions or those requiring further clarification
• Collaborate with auditors, company secretaries and management
• Ensure company financial records are organized and complete

About you

• Diploma or degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in accounting
• Experience managing full sets of accounts
• Meticulous, responsible and able to work independently
• Preference given to candidates with experience in the construction industry
