Clean Team is looking for a dependable floor technician – northwest area to support our Cleveland/Akron-area operations. Floor Technicians focus on maintaining floor surfaces at commercial facilities. Assignments may vary by building and service needs. This position is a good fit for someone who enjoys detailed, physical work and takes satisfaction in visible results. Assignments may involve more than one location within the designated service area; exact reporting details will be confirmed during the hiring process. What You’ll Do

• Perform floor-care tasks as assigned, including scrubbing and refinishing where trained
• Operate floor machines and related equipment safely
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and prepare surfaces before floor-care work
• Use approved products and follow dilution and safety directions
• Protect surrounding areas and post required caution signage
• Inspect equipment, report issues, and maintain organized supplies
• Communicate with supervisors about project progress and site needs

What We’re Looking For

• Previous floor-care experience is helpful; familiarity with floor machines is a plus.
• Dependable attendance and the ability to work the assigned shift
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow written instructions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform active work during the shift
• Ability to work respectfully with teammates and site personnel
• Reliable transportation to the assigned work location or locations
• Authorization to work in the United States
