About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage daily accounting activities and support the financial administration of our construction and property projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting transactions and bookkeeping
• Record and organize invoices, receipts, Purchase Orders (PO), payment documents, and other accounting documents
• Monitor project costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors
• Maintain accurate job costing for each project
• Monitor Accounts Payable (AP) and payments to suppliers and contractors
• Perform bank, supplier, and project cost reconciliations
• Monitor warehouse/material records and coordinate with the project team
• Prepare monthly financial reports and project cost reports
• Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and cost control
• Prepare and organize documents for tax reporting and audits
