Qualifications
- 3-5 years of construction experience
- At least 3 years actual experience in ALC/AAC panel installation
- Experience in commercial or high-rise projects is preferred
- Can read and understand architectural drawings, ALC shop drawings, and installation details
- Knowledge of:
- ALC/AAC panel installation and alignment
- Steel brackets, supports, and anchors
- Joint treatment and sealants
- Panel cutting and adjustment
- Installation around doors, windows, columns, beams, and slabs
- Experienced in supervising ALC installers and manpower
- Able to monitor daily productivity, work quality, and installation progress
- Knowledge of basic QA/QC and safety requirements, including work-at-height safety
- Can coordinate effectively with Site Engineers, QA/QC, and other trades
