Alert Overnight DSP

The world doesn't stop at 11 PM. Neither does caring.

Residential Resources is looking for Overnight Alert Direct Support Professionals in Keene and Marlborough.

This role is simple in the best way.

Be present. Be dependable. Be ready if someone needs support.

Many overnight hours are quiet, and sleeping is permitted during designated alert shifts. But the impact of being there can be life changing.

We're not just looking for employees.

We're looking for good humans.

The kind who show up. The kind who care. The kind who understand that everyone deserves a safe place to call home.

If you're searching for more than just another job, we'd love to meet you.
