Key Responsibilities

1. Core algorithm research, solution design, development, simulation validation, and engineering deployment for precision equipment. Full participation in requirement decomposition, mathematical modeling, simulation testing, equipment integration, and on-site debugging.
2. Measurement & Compensation: High-precision measurement, machine vision, signal processing, equipment calibration, error compensation, substrate expansion/shrinkage modeling and compensation, and high-precision alignment algorithms.
3. Intelligent Optimization: Mathematical modeling and optimization algorithm development for process parameter tuning, motion trajectory planning, path planning, production scheduling, resource allocation, expansion/shrinkage compensation parameter optimization, and multi-objective alignment optimization.
4. Data Analysis & Data-Driven Modeling: Statistical analysis, anomaly detection, yield improvement, predictive maintenance, SPC, and substrate expansion/shrinkage prediction based on equipment, process, and measurement data.
5. Formal Verification: Formal modeling, functional verification, and safety analysis for critical control logic, system models, and software specifications.
6. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, software, process, and on-site teams to ensure stable mass-production deployment.
7. Track cutting-edge technologies, produce technical documentation, conduct patent mining, and participate in internal technical sharing.

Requirements

1. Master's or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, Automation, or related fields. PhD preferred. Background in operations research/optimization, data analysis, or formal methods preferred. Master's holders need 2+ years of relevant algorithm experience.
2. Solid mathematical foundation with strong capabilities in modeling, algorithm design, and engineering deployment. Ability to independently complete the full loop from problem definition to algorithm design, simulation validation, and on-site application.
3. Proficiency in at least one language: C++ / Python / MATLAB. Solid data structures and algorithms foundation.
4. Excellent cross-team communication skills. Ability to read English technical literature and produce well-structured technical documentation.
5. Experience in precision manufacturing, high-end automation equipment, machine vision, or related fields preferred.
6. Mandarin Chinese fluency is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in semiconductor, display panel, PCB, advanced packaging, or precision electronics equipment.
• Hands-on experience in calibration, alignment, error compensation, or substrate expansion/shrinkage compensation.
• Familiarity with optimization solvers (Gurobi, CPLEX, OR-Tools, SciPy, Pyomo).
• Experience with machine vision libraries (OpenCV, Halcon, VisionPro) and camera calibration.
• Knowledge of formal verification tools (NuSMV, TLA+, Coq, Petri nets).
• Experience deploying algorithms in C++ on production equipment.
• Strong publication or patent record.
