Algorithm Role

Job Responsibilities

1. Develop and iterate the company’s core matching transaction algorithms and marketing algorithms to continuously improve metrics for relevant scenarios.
2. Leverage algorithm capabilities to optimize user experience and boost business performance.
3. Independently complete sub-modules of model R&D, including data processing, feature extraction, model training, deployment and monitoring.
4. Identify deficiencies in models and mechanism strategies from data, propose improvement plans and drive implementation.
5. Support senior colleagues to conduct algorithm optimization and technical innovation tailored to business characteristics, and apply innovations to production business.

Professional Knowledge & Experience Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science or related majors; minimum 1 year of relevant working experience with background in recommendation, search or advertising.
2. Understand machine learning principles. Candidates with extensive practical experience in causal inference, time-series forecasting, spatio-temporal data mining, multi-task learning, online learning, reinforcement learning, operations research & optimization are preferred.
3. Solid programming skills and proficiency in mainstream machine learning and deep learning frameworks.
4. Strong passion for algorithms, high data sensitivity, sound logical thinking and problem-solving skills, pursuit of excellence and self-motivation.
5. Excellent communication skills, quick learner, capable of understanding business and product requirements, and focused on user experience.
6. Strong logical thinking, capable of data collection and analysis with sharp data insight.
7. Good communication and cross-team collaboration skills, strong execution and stress tolerance.
