Ali/Red note Senior Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Xiaohongshu Seeding Capability Building
• Deeply research Xiaohongshu platform operations, content trends, and changes in consumer behavior.
• Summarize industry best practices and internal success cases, forming reproducible capability assets and toolkits, including content strategy, traffic operation, KOL/KOC utilization, and performance evaluation systems.
• Strategic Project Management
• Responsible for end-to-end advancement of key Xiaohongshu X Alibaba related projects, including project planning, resource coordination, risk management, and post-mortem analysis.
• Track project progress to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Collaborate closely with external platform partners (Alibaba) to ensure project execution quality.
• Data Analysis & Insights
• Track and analyze key metrics across the seeding funnel, including exposure, readership, engagement, search, and conversion.
• Identify growth opportunities and business problems from data, proposing optimization recommendations.
• Regularly output industry trends, competitor analysis, and consumer insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration & Influence Building
• Collaborate with brand teams to identify business opportunities and formulate corresponding Xiaohongshu growth strategies.
• Coordinate multiple teams including brand, e-commerce, media, and content to achieve aligned goals.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2-5 years of experience in Xiaohongshu seeding marketing and operations.
• Experience in FMCG, beauty, personal care, or maternal and infant industries preferred.

Professional Capabilities

• Solid knowledge of the Xiaohongshu platform, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem, algorithm logic, and content operation mechanisms.
• Complete project experience in Xiaohongshu seeding, familiar with KOL/KOC operation models.
• Strong data analysis skills and business acumen.
• Possess structured thinking, capable of summarizing experience into methodologies and scalable capabilities.
