Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, food, and other café products according to established standards.

Assist with food preparation, packaging, plating, and proper storage of ingredients.

Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, packaging materials, and other café supplies.

Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure that actual stocks match recorded quantities.

Record incoming and outgoing stocks and report shortages, damaged items, expired products, or discrepancies to the supervisor.

Assist in receiving deliveries and verify quantities and condition of delivered items.

Monitor product usage and help ensure proper stock rotation using FIFO (First In, First Out).

Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly inventory reports as required.

Prepare accurate daily sales reports, including total sales, cash, card/e-wallet transactions, discounts, refunds, and other relevant transactions.

Reconcile cash and sales records at the end of each shift and immediately report any discrepancies.

Monitor fast-moving and slow-moving products and communicate replenishment needs to the supervisor or manager.

Perform other café-related duties assigned by the supervisor or manager.
