All Around Maintenance

Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspection of the building, office, clinic, or store facilities.
• Conduct basic repairs on electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting issues.
• Maintain lighting, air-conditioning, doors, locks, windows, and fixtures.
• Assemble and repair furniture, shelves, and office equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance on company equipment and facilities.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from departments.
• Coordinate with external contractors for major repairs when necessary.
• Keep maintenance tools and supplies organized and in good condition.
• Submit maintenance reports and immediately report safety hazards.
