About the Role

You'll work within a skilled and experienced team, operating heavy ancillary and production mining equipment to safely meet production targets across our Surface operation at Nifty.

Role Details

• Location: Nifty Copper Project, WA
• Roster: 2:1 day/night shift

Responsibilities

• Safe, efficient operation of heavy ancillary and production equipment
• Complete pre-starts and report hazards or defects immediately
• Follow plans, instructions and traffic management rules
• Maintain a tidy work area and support safe interactions with all teams
• Contribute to our people-first culture and live our Winning Values
• Help teammates, share knowledge and support a strong crew culture

What You'll Bring

• Experience in mining operating the following equipment:
  • Trucks and Water Carts: Caterpillar 777, 785
  • Grader: Caterpillar 16M
• Strong safety focus and ability to speak up
• A team mindset and reliable work ethic
• Commitment to contributing to a positive culture
