All-Round Operator

We are currently seeking experienced All-Round Operators to join our clients team in a Busselton based role. Applicants must reside in Busselton or the surrounding areas to be considered for this position.

This is a great opportunity for experienced operators who are confident operating a range of heavy mobile equipment and are looking to join an established operation. The successful applicants will work an 8days on 4days off roster.

About the Role:

The successful applicants will be responsible for operating a range of mobile plant equipment to support site operatios. duties will include:

• • Operating Excavators proficiently, including loading trucks.
• • Carrying out Dozer operations, with tailings experience highly regarded.
• • Operating articulated Haul Trucks as required.
• • Operating water carts as required.
• • Supporting general site operations and meeting production targets.
• • Conducting pre-start inspections and ensuring equipment is operated safely.
• • Working collaboratively with the wider site team to ensure efficient operations.

About You:

To be considered for the role, you will ideally have:

• • Proven experience as an All-Round Operator within the mining or civil industry.
• • Strong operating skills and experience on excavators.
• • Tailings experience, highly regarded.
• • Experience operating articulated haul trucks and watercarts.
• • A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• • Ability to pass a Pre-Employment medical and lab drug and alcohol test.
