ALL SHIFTS - Machine Operator/General Labor

SNAVELY MACHINE HAS MULTIPLE OPENINGS FOR PRODUCTION/INSPECTION/LABOR:

• Operate CNC machine parts per customer specification.
• Work safely with minimal supervision.
• Complete required paperwork/check sheets.
• Check dimensions of finished part with gaging supplied by Quality dept.
• Maintain quality and quantity of production.

REQUIREMENTS:

• On the job training
• 1 year of on the job experience.(preferred not required)
• Ability to read and write.
• Understanding of math.
• Must work well as a team member.
• Able to understand and follow direction.
• Able to read simple blueprints.
• Able to read and understand quality gaging.
• Any other tasks as required by direct supervisor, plant manager, or company president.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Walking or standing on concrete floor for long periods of time.
• Will be working daily with oils and coolants.
• Required to wear steel toe shoes or boots, safety glasses or eye protection.
• Will possibly be wearing latex gloves.
• Hearing protection available, but not mandatory.
• Repetitive grasping, lifting, bending, turning.
