This is a remote position.

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive Alliance Support professional to support our Global Alliance Leader in managing partner relationships, alliance operations, governance, reporting, and GTM coordination across Exavalus strategic technology and ecosystem partners. This role will serve as the operational backbone for alliance activities, ensuring effective execution, tracking, and collaboration across sales, delivery, marketing, and partner teams.

**Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Internal alliance dashboards, partner trackers, and partner-influenced pipeline reports.
• Coordinate with respective practices to get partner specific alliance data
• Support joint GTM initiatives, partner events, webinars, and marketing campaigns.
  • Deal Registration process into partner portals as outlined
  • Manage partner registrations, Help with tiers, competencies levels.
  • Monitor program requirements and identify gaps that could affect partner status.
  • Help Coordinate customer alliance references, technical validations and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain partner-portal access and ensure company information remains current.

    • Help Prepare partner business reviews, presentations, reports, and executive updates.

    • Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Practice Leaders, and Marketing teams on alliance-related activities.

    • Manage partner onboarding, documentation, and relationship records.

    • Track alliance KPIs including influenced revenue, opportunities, certifications, referrals, and partner engagement metrics.

    • Conduct research on partner programs, market opportunities, and competitive positioning.

      **Required Skills

      • Experience supporting technology partnerships, sales operations, PMO, or alliance programs.

      • Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

      • Strong communication and documentation skills.

      • Familiarity with CRM platforms

      • Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting skills.
