Allocator Executive

About the role

To coordinate the raw data from Shipping to be managed and processed for STO/DO creation by Allocator Team.

Key responsibilities

• Process the raw data from PO number to be Forecast data in order to be informed to Allocator team as the basis of STO/DO
• Distribute all the Shipment Forecast to all Allocator team and all Brand Teams for the next 1-2 weeks ahead
• Ensure all the Initial Allocation Plan within 1-2 weeks range are being processed at maximum 3 days before Goods Received at DC by doing the regular follow up to ensure the readiness of STO/DO
• Process the Allocation of Payless DC vs Market Report on weekly basis by checking the ageing articles in order to allocate the items and merchandises to stores
• Check the Physical Goods Received at DC are aligned with Shipment Data and STO, in order to create the additional PO for any additional items
• Undertake any other assignments as determined by the company
