We are seeking a licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role focuses on Property and Casualty sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. • First-year earnings are normally around $48,000 to $68,000

Requirements

• Active Property and Casualty insurance license
• Strong communication and persuasion skills

Responsibilities

• Sell Property and Casualty insurance to new and existing clients
• Educate customers on coverages, limits, and deductibles
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
• Follow up on warm leads to maximize sales opportunities
• Generate new business through outbound calls and referrals
• Assist current clients with policy questions and service needs
