Our office is seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our amazing sale's team! In this role, you will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, promoting our products and services, and achieving sales targets. Required

• Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license
• Able to do in-office training
• Able to work Hybrid( both in-office and remote)

Responsibilities

• Build lasting relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and clear communication over the phone.
• Identify customer needs, and upsell additional products
• Manage inbound lead calls
• Capable of making outbound sale calls
• Conduct accurate pricing negotiations and ensure proper documentation of sales transactions.
• Quote and sell insurance to prospects
• Positive mindset
• Willingness to learn and be acceptable to feedback

Skills

• Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse clients.
• Strong self-motivational skills
• Basic math skills for calculating prices, discounts, and profit margins accurately.
• Experience in sales is preferred.
• Knowledge of auto and home insurance products
• Familiarity with sales techniques including upselling and client relationship building strategies.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing lists!

Pay: $35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
