Job Summary:

• We are looking for experienced Alteryx Administrators / Alteryx Platform Support Engineers to manage and support the Alteryx platform in an enterprise environment. The role involves platform administration, production support, health monitoring, incident/problem management, security coordination, and change/release management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and support the Alteryx Server / Alteryx Platform in an enterprise environment.
• Perform platform configuration, user/access management, permissions, and role administration.
• Monitor Alteryx Server health, workflows, services, schedules, and system performance.
• Handle L1/L2/L3 production support, incident and problem management.
• Troubleshoot Alteryx Server, workflow execution, scheduling, connectivity, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, network, security, and application teams for issue resolution.
• Support security, vulnerability assessment, remediation, and compliance activities.
• Manage and coordinate change, release, patching, and upgrade activities for the Alteryx platform.
• Perform environment readiness checks and support deployment/release activities.
• Maintain operational documentation, SOPs, runbooks, and support procedures.
• Participate in RCA for recurring production issues and drive problem resolution.
• Monitor platform capacity, availability, performance, and overall system health.
• Work with vendors/Alteryx support when required for product-related issues.

Mandatory Skills:

• 6+ years of overall IT experience

• Alteryx Server installation, configuration, upgrades and patching
• Alteryx Gallery / Server management
• Windows Server administration
• Database/connectivity troubleshooting
• ITIL processes
• Enterprise production support experience

Automation/scripting knowledge
