Aluminium Technicians

• Fabricate, install, repair, and maintain aluminium doors, windows, partitions, frames, and other aluminium structures.
• Take accurate site measurements and interpret drawings and specifications to ensure proper fabrication and installation.
• Cut, shape, drill, assemble, and fit aluminium profiles, frames, panels, and related components.
• Install and adjust aluminium doors, windows, sliding systems, hinges, locks, handles, rollers, and other fittings.
• Inspect aluminium installations to identify defects, misalignment, loose fittings, damaged components, and operational issues.
• Carry out repairs and replacements of damaged aluminium frames, glass fittings, accessories, and related components within the scope of the role.
• Ensure all installations are properly aligned, securely fitted, weather-resistant where required, and finished to the approved standard.
• Operate aluminium fabrication tools, cutting machines, drilling machines, and other workshop equipment safely.
• Perform routine maintenance on aluminium fixtures and fittings to ensure durability and proper functionality.
• Prepare and install aluminium partitions, shopfronts, curtain wall components, and other aluminium structures as assigned.
• Identify material requirements, monitor material usage, and report shortages or additional requirements to the supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and fabrication areas in a clean, safe, and organised condition.
• Comply with approved work procedures, quality standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
• Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when handling aluminium profiles, glass, machinery, and sharp materials.
• Document completed installations, repairs, and outstanding maintenance issues, and report them to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with other technicians and facility personnel to complete assigned jobs within agreed timelines.

Pay: ₦300,000.00 - ₦400,000.00 per month
