Aluminum Supervisor – Construction

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Aluminum Supervisor to oversee aluminum fabrication and installation works for construction projects, including villas, high-rise buildings, and commercial developments. The ideal candidate should have strong site supervision skills and practical experience in aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, glass partitions, and related works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily aluminum fabrication, installation, and finishing activities at construction sites.
• Oversee the installation of aluminum doors, windows, curtain walls, glass works, and aluminum partitions.
• Read and interpret architectural drawings, shop drawings, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor the quality of materials, workmanship, dimensions, alignment, and finishing.
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and safety standards.
• Manage manpower, materials, tools, and equipment to meet project schedules.
• Conduct site inspections, identify defects, and ensure timely completion of snagging and rectification works.
• Prepare daily progress updates and report site issues, delays, and material requirements to management.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and compliance with site safety procedures.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Aluminum Supervisor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication and installation, including doors, windows, curtain walls, and glass systems.
• Ability to read and understand architectural and shop drawings.
• Experience supervising technicians, installers, and subcontractors.
• Good knowledge of construction site procedures, quality control, and safety requirements.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be currently available in Bahrain and able to join immediately.
• Previous experience in Bahrain or GCC construction projects is an advantage.
