ALUMNI COORDINATOR

Qualifications

Education

Graduate of Advertising, Management, Communications, Marketing, or any related degree programs.

Experience

With at least 2 years work experience; Preferably an alumni of WCC

Job Overview/Purpose

Responsible in developing and strengthening alumni involvement through implementation of alumni projects/programs

Duties and Responsibilities

Designs and implements fundraising projects/programs for scholarship, donation to the college, and other school activities

Serves as the liaison between the College and the Alumni Association.

Develops benefit package to entice life-long relationships with Alumni Association members

Proactively supports WCC Alumni Association’s programs and activities

Works closely with college dean, campus groups, and the Alumni Association in planning and implementing activities and programs

Acts as the campus representative for sponsored events

Develops, monitors, updates, maintains and safe keeps alumni related information and transactions which includes but not limited to:

Alumni Tracer/Database

Alumni association’s calendar of events,

Fundraising programs

Submits monthly, per semester, and annual reports

Ensures that IMS and other accreditation standards are implemented, monitored and documented.

Performs any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior.

Job Types: Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Caloocan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)
