Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Bartender & Server for lunch shifts to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including craft cocktails, wines, spirits, and beers, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour.
• Provide attentive, friendly service to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
• Manage bar inventory levels, restock supplies efficiently, and maintain cleanliness standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Utilize POS systems to process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in developing new beverage recipes and promoting specialty drinks to enhance the guest experience.
• Oversee bar operations during shifts, ensuring smooth workflows and adherence to all safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members to support banquet events, nightclubs, or catering functions as needed.
• Demonstrate strong time management skills by balancing multiple tables and drink orders while maintaining high service standards.
• Uphold food handling standards and ensure compliance with health regulations at all times.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in bartending and food service within fine dining or upscale hospitality environments.
• Extensive knowledge of mixology techniques, beverage recipe development, wine selection, and spirits expertise.
• Familiarity with POS systems for processing transactions accurately.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience in bar management or supervisory roles is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Previous nightclub or banquet experience is a plus; familiarity with brewing or craft beer is desirable.
• Basic math skills for retail math calculations including cash handling and billing accuracy.

Pay: $10.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
