Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers through CASA sales and business development activities.
• Generate leads through field sales, references, market visits, and customer sourcing.
• Open and onboard new Savings Accounts and Current Accounts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Identify customer requirements and cross-sell relevant banking and financial products.
• Achieve assigned CASA acquisition, activation, and revenue targets.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective and existing customers.
• Ensure proper collection and verification of KYC and account-opening documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth account opening and customer servicing.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, KYC norms, and regulatory requirements.
