AM Client Services Analyst - Mid Level

Client Services Analyst Main responsibilities:

• Support to Clients and Sales Team for daily demands by e-mail and telephone;
• Onboarding, Recertification and Offboarding for Clients and Services Providers (Fund Administrators, Distributors, Consultants, Structurers);
• Adapting internal processes based on the analysis of regulatory legislation and global policy updates.
• Background Check for Credit bond´s issuers, Fund of Funds, Brokers, Marketing, KYCs;
• Responsible for the preparation and analysis of KPIs and regulatory reports, ensuring data accuracy, compliance with current regulations, and strict adherence to delivery deadlines.

Position Requirements:

• Completed higher‑education degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• A genuine passion for client interaction and a focus on continuously improving client experience.
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional.
• Knowledge of investment funds.
• Experience in onboarding, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), PEP (Politically Exposed Persons) and KYC Process.
• PQO Cadastro.
