• We are seeking an experienced AM Electrical professional to join our team in Warora.
• The role involves comprehensive electrical maintenance, including preventive and predictive maintenance, equipment breakdown response, shutdown planning and execution, and shift operations management.
• The successful candidate will ensure optimal performance of electrical systems, adhere to safety and regulatory standards, and collaborate with cross functional teams to support continuous plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all electrical equipment to ensure reliability and safety.
• Implement predictive maintenance strategies using monitoring tools and data analysis to anticipate equipment failures.
• Respond promptly to electrical equipment breakdowns, diagnosing issues and executing effective repairs.
• Plan and coordinate shutdown activities, ensuring minimal downtime and adherence to safety protocols.
• Manage daily shift operations, supervising maintenance activities and maintaining accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize electrical system performance.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proven expertise in preventive and predictive maintenance techniques.
• Strong knowledge of electrical equipment troubleshooting and repair.
• Experience in shutdown planning and execution.
• Ability to work effectively in shift operations and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail.
