AM-Front Office operation (5 days working)

Industry- A well reputed (Listed) Indian MNC in Manufacturing sector having beautiful office located at Gurugram.

Working days- 5 days working , office timings- 9 A.M- 6 P.M

We are looking for a charming & well-groomed Front Desk Professional to be the Face of our organization.

Designation- Associate Manager/AM

Reporting to Head-Administration

Ideal Background:

From Aviation: Ex-Cabin Crew, Air Hostess, Ground Staff

From Hospitality: Guest Relations Officer (GRO), Guest Service Associate from 5-Star Hotels (The Oberoi, Taj, Leela, Marriott, Hyatt etc.)

Candidates from luxury retail / premium corporate front desk are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and warmly welcome all guests, clients & leadership .

Handle guest relations with 5-star hospitality standards

Manage incoming calls, meeting rooms, courier & visitor management system

Coordinate with admin, travel desk and other departments for seamless office experience

Maintain elegance and decorum of the reception area

Help in arranging events at the Corporate level

Menu planning at Cafeteria

Desired Profile:

Female candidates only (as per client requirement)Excellent communication skills in English Pleasing personality, well-groomed and presentable

experience in Aviation / 5-Star Hotel / Premium Corporate as Front Desk / GRO / Cabin Crew preferred.
