AM Prep/Catering Chef

Job Summary

We're looking for an AM Prep/Catering Chef to join our kitchen team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced cook who wants a consistent morning schedule. You'll work directly alongside our Head Chef, learning our menu and prep systems, until you're ready to run the AM shift on your own before the rest of the kitchen crew arrives at 8am.

Schedule

7:00am - 11:00am (4-hour shifts)

3-5 days per week

Morning-only hours

Responsibilities

Learn and execute our menu and recipes to spec

Prep food for the day's service and catering orders alongside the team

Work closely with the Head Chef to master our systems and standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe prep area

Eventually run the AM prep shift independently

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience, ideally in catering or restaurant kitchens

Strong food prep and knife skills

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced morning environment

Reliable and punctual

Willing to learn our specific menu and processes

Pay

$25/hour and up, depending on experience, plus tips

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12.0 – 20.0 per week
