• Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, offering recommendations and upselling specials to enhance their experience
• Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
• Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit
• Support the front-of-house team with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and assisting with host/hostess duties as needed
• Utilize Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely
• Uphold food safety standards by following sanitation protocols, proper food handling procedures, and ensuring compliance with health regulations
• Assist in training new team members on service techniques, POS operation, and restaurant policies to promote a cohesive team environment

• Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments, preferably in fine dining
• Strong knowledge of Micros POS for order entry and reservations management
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to build guest rapport quickly
• Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy shifts
• Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities
• Basic math skills for cash handling, bill splitting, and transaction accuracy
• Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
• Previous experience with culinary preparation or kitchen operations is a plus but not required
• Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and front-of-house team members
