• Design Acquisition strategy for the region
• Efficiently and successfully implements strategy in the region
• Own and drive business targets for the region
• Lead Senior level relationships in developer organisation and provide executive support to team
• Negotiate complex business deals with senior leadership in developer organisation
• Drive business beyond the traditional business
• Lead team of senior professionals
• Develop strong and agile team as per needs of the business
• Develop and drive channel partners to increase business in the region
• Engage with respective industry bodies in the region and drive brand awareness to enable business growth the builders

Education: Bachelors degree or MBA Experience: Tech Savy will have added advantage.

• Work experience of 4-13 years
• A business leader with proven track record. Experience of driving new business to greater heights will be an added advantage
• Should have control over geography and know how about developers.
• Requires organizational and technical knowledge sufficient to resolve complex customer problems.
• Knowledge of FTTx and Home or Office Solutions.
• Should be cross-functional player with ability to work with peers and rest of team.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Knowing local languages in the region will be an added advantage
