We’re on the hunt for a hands-on Warehouse Coordinator who thrives on order, speed, and keeping a busy depot running like a well-oiled machine. You are the person who keeps the warehouse honest—taking ownership of the floor, driving stock accuracy, and making sharp, real-time calls when it counts.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Proven Experience: 2–3+ years in a fast-paced warehouse or cold-chain logistics setting.
• Essential Licenses: Valid High-Risk Forklift License with hands-on operating experience (High Reach expertise highly regarded).
• Cold-Chain Savvy: HACCP knowledge and previous experience working in refrigerated/frozen environments are major advantages.
• Safety First Mindset: Uncompromising commitment to floor safety, quality control, and proactive hazard identification.
• Physical Capability: Comfortable lifting up to 20kg safely throughout an active, physical shift.
• Agility & Mobility: Willingness to move between CHILL sites and adapt seamlessly to different floor layouts, teams, and daily priorities.

What You’ll Be Accountable For:

• Coordinate pick-and-pack operations across CHILL depots—stepping up as the senior operational contact on-site when required.
• Champion safety culture on the floor—identifying risks early, logging near-misses immediately, and holding the standard even when under pressure.
• Conduct stock counts, drive 100% inventory accuracy, and thoroughly investigate discrepancies before adjusting numbers.
• Make confident operational calls in real time and maintain clear documented records whenever escalating complex issues.
• Actively spot operational bottlenecks and bring smart, practical solutions to the table to refine workflow.

• Base Earnings: $74,514.96 + Super p.a. (38-hour base + extra hours available)
