Bistro Cook

The Bistro Cook is responsible for preparing delicious and visually appealing dishes for our guests.

Shifts usually start at 6am until 1pm. We are hiring for Fri-Sun Serving hotel guests at the Bistro by cooking breakfast items and prepping food. This includes all aspects of food preparation, service and cleanup. Ultimately, you will ensure a pleasant and comfortable experience for our guests during their stay with us. We are also looking for someone who can do simple banquet/buffet cooking on some mornings and lunches.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes and quality standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen area
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure the best possible dining experience
• Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies

Requirements

• Prior experience as a cook or similar role
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
