Duties

• Set up and operate the Amada Vipros machine according to specifications and production schedules
• Set up, maintain and change tooling according to programme requirements
• Monitor machine performance, making adjustments to optimize output and quality
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy, defects, and adherence to quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime
• Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a safe working environment
• Document production data, machine settings, and any issues encountered during shifts
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Amada Vipros or similar metal stamping machinery
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and quality control procedures
• Ability to read technical drawings, work orders, and specifications accurately
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to machinery operation in a manufacturing setting
• Prior experience in metal fabrication or industrial manufacturing preferred
• Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area
