Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

We’re looking for a motivated Amazon Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have basic knowledge of Amazon and be interested in working with Amazon sellers, accounts, and eCommerce-related services.

This role involves communicating with Amazon sellers, understanding their account-related requirements, assisting with client coordination, and introducing suitable Amazon services.

Location: Office-Based – Lahore
Timing: Full-Time (11 AM – 8 PM + Half Day Saturday)

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with Amazon sellers regarding their account-related requirements.
• Understand client issues and collect the necessary account information and documents.
• Coordinate with the internal team regarding Amazon account cases and client requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through WhatsApp, email, chat, and calls.
• Follow up with potential and existing clients.
• Maintain proper records of client information, cases, and follow-ups.
• Assist in identifying suitable Amazon services for clients.
• Support the team in day-to-day Amazon account-related operations.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon selling.
• Understanding of Amazon accounts, listings, suspensions, or eCommerce is a plus.
• Good English communication skills, written and verbal.
• Good computer and internet research skills.
• Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented.
• Motivated and willing to learn Amazon-related processes.
• Laptop and smartphone are required.
• Freshers with basic Amazon knowledge can also apply; training will be provided.
