Amazon Account Expert

Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Amazon Account Expert to manage and grow Padel Planet’s Amazon e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily Seller Central activities, optimizing product listings, handling inventory, managing PPC campaigns, maintaining account health, and improving overall sales performance and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Amazon Account Management: Manage daily Amazon Seller Central operations and ensure smooth account functioning.
• Listing & SEO Optimization: Create and optimize product listings, conduct keyword research, write SEO-friendly content, and manage A+ Content and Brand Stores.
• Inventory & FBA Management: Manage FBA/FBM inventory, create inbound shipments, forecast stock requirements, and resolve stranded or suppressed listings.
• PPC Advertising: Create, monitor, and optimize Sponsored Products and Sponsored Brands campaigns to improve advertising performance, control ACoS, and maximize ROI.
• Account Health & Compliance: Monitor account health metrics, ensure compliance with Amazon policies, and resolve account warnings and policy violations.
• Seller Support: Manage Seller Support cases and resolve account, listing, inventory, and operational issues.
• Analytics & Reporting: Monitor sales, advertising performance, conversion rates, and other key metrics, and prepare regular performance reports.
• Returns & Reimbursements: Review FBA returns, identify inventory discrepancies, and manage eligible reimbursement claims.

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon FBA/FBM operations.
• Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, product listing optimization, and PPC campaign management.
• Proficiency in Amazon tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of Amazon Flat Files, account health management, and inventory planning.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing sports, fitness, lifestyle, or consumer product categories.
• Knowledge of A+ Content and Amazon Brand Store optimization.
• Understanding of Amazon advertising metrics, including ACoS, TACoS, CTR, and conversion rate.
• Experience in e-commerce sales growth and profitability optimization.

Experience:

• Amazon Seller Central Account Management: Relevant professional experience required.
• Amazon PPC & Advertising: Hands-on experience preferred.
• Amazon FBA/FBM Operations: Practical experience preferred.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
