Amazon Account Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager to manage our Amazon Seller Central account and oversee day-to-day e-commerce operations, including product listings, orders, inventory, and account performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Amazon Seller Central account.
• Create, update, and optimise product listings, titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
• Monitor orders, shipping, cancellations, returns, and refunds.
• Track inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Monitor account health, resolve listing issues, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
• Track sales, pricing, and product performance.
• Coordinate Amazon advertising campaigns, where required.
• Prepare regular sales, order, and inventory reports.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and customer support teams.

Required Skills

• Experience in Amazon Seller Central and e-commerce operations.
• Knowledge of product listing, order, and inventory management.
• Basic understanding of Amazon FBA and FBM.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

Experience: 1–3 years preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
