Amazon Compliance Executive

About Us

GK Hair is a globally recognized professional haircare brand operating in 80+ countries. We sell across multiple Amazon marketplaces and are looking for an experienced Amazon Compliance Officer to protect our Amazon accounts, maintain a healthy Account Health Rating (AHR), and restore blocked listings fast.

Role Overview

You will own account health, brand protection, and regulatory compliance across all GK Hair Amazon marketplaces. This is a compliance-only role: you will resolve violations, defend our brand, complete regulatory filings, and reinstate suppressed listings quickly. You should be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple marketplaces independently. You should also be comfortable using AI tools to draft appeals, speed up case resolution, and monitor account health.

Key Responsibilities

Account Health (AHR)

• Monitor performance notifications daily across all marketplaces and keep AHR within Amazon targets
• Resolve policy violations, including IP complaints, product authenticity, restricted products, listing policy, and review violations
• Submit timely, well-documented appeals for violations and account health issues
• Maintain valid tracking and cancellation rates within Amazon policy
• Manage KYC verification and account security, including access and password management

Brand Registry & Brand Protection

• Manage Brand Registry and use its tools to report and remove counterfeit, hijacker, and infringing listings
• Respond to IP and authenticity complaints with supporting documentation
• Monitor listing content integrity and unauthorized changes to our detail pages

Listing Reinstatement

• Fix suppressed, removed, and unpublished listings and restore visibility across all marketplaces
• Submit reinstatement appeals and track turnaround time on every case
• Resolve inventory-related issues through case management

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

• Complete monthly EPR packaging registration filings
• Submit and manage Hazmat review appeals for restricted-category products
• Maintain product compliance documentation (safety data sheets, certificates, and similar)

Case Management & Escalation

• Manage daily case logs across all accounts
• Work with Amazon Seller Support (calls and chat) and escalate complex cases to full resolution
• Hold regular meetings with the Amazon Account Manager
• Stay current on Amazon policy changes via Seller Forums and official communications

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare weekly and monthly compliance and account health reports, including reinstatement turnaround
• Coordinate with Digital Sales, Supply Chain, and IT teams on cross-functional issues
• Respond promptly to compliance-related emails and notification

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central across multiple marketplaces
• Strong knowledge of Amazon policies and account health management
• Proven record of successful appeals and listing reinstatements
• Experience with Brand Registry and IP or counterfeit complaint handling
• Familiarity with EPR registration, Hazmat reviews, and restricted product compliance
• Working knowledge of AI tools for drafting, analysis, or workflow automation, with a concrete example of use
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced international environment
• High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
