- Ability to work on enhancements and bug fixes
- Exposure to AI-driven telephony solutions, innovation initiatives, and POCs is an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Amazon Connect & Salesforce integration
- Resolve production, telephony, and user-related issues
- Develop and implement enhancement requests
- Contribute to innovation initiatives and AI-enabled contact center solutions
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short noticeperiod will be preferred.
