Compensation Range: Up to $40-48/hr W2

Day to Day

• Execute and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns on a daily basis.
• Build campaigns, audiences, targeting strategies, budgets, and flighting directly within Amazon DSP.
• Monitor pacing and delivery throughout the day and make real-time optimization decisions.
• Optimize audiences, placements, bids, frequency, budgets, and other campaign levers against performance goals.
• Use Skai for campaign management, reporting, analysis, and optimization.
• Pull performance data, identify trends, and surface recommended actions to senior team members.
• Troubleshoot delivery, tracking, audience, setup, and performance issues.
• Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while maintaining strong executional accuracy.

Minimum Requirements;

• Strong, recent hands-on Amazon DSP experience.
• Ability to independently build, launch, manage, and optimize Amazon DSP campaigns.
• Strong understanding of audiences, targeting, pacing, bidding, frequency, and performance optimization.
• Hands-on Skai experience preferred; Pacvue considered comparable.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Experience operating within high-volume or complex retail media accounts.
• Comfortable spending the majority of the day in-platform.
• PST strongly preferred.
