Incrementum Digital

About Incrementum Digital
Incrementum Digital is an Amazon-focused agency managing over $500M a year in Amazon sales for brands. We run advertising and full brand operations for sellers and vendors, from emerging brands to established category leaders. Our team is data-driven, hands-on, and focused on growth that holds up when the numbers are scrutinized.
The Role
We're hiring a hands-on Amazon DSP Strategist to build, run, and optimize DSP programs across a portfolio of client accounts. You'll do the work yourself: setup, optimization, analysis, and reporting. You'll also be the client's go-to person for DSP, presenting strategy and results directly. You'll work closely with our Sponsored Ads and brand management teams so DSP fits into each brand's overall Amazon strategy.
What You'll Do

Build and manage Amazon DSP campaigns across awareness, consideration, and conversion, including remarketing, lookalike, in-market, lifestyle, and contextual audiences

Own day-to-day optimization: bids, budgets, pacing, frequency, audiences, and creative

Plan DSP strategy around client goals, such as NTB growth, launches, tentpole events (Prime Day, BFCM), and competitive conquesting

Use Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to build custom audiences, analyze path-to-conversion, and measure incrementality

Track performance (ROAS, total ROAS, NTB %, DPVR, CPM, halo sales) and turn it into clear recommendations

Lead regular client calls, present results, and make the case for upper- and mid-funnel investment

Coordinate with our Sponsored Ads team so DSP, Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display work together

Stay current on DSP features, inventory (Prime Video, Twitch, Fire TV, third-party exchanges), and measurement changes

What We're Looking For

2–4+ years of hands-on Amazon DSP experience, preferably agency-side or managing multiple brands

Strong understanding of the Amazon ecosystem: retail readiness, Sponsored Ads, and how DSP drives the full funnel

Experience with AMC; SQL is a strong plus

Highly analytical, comfortable in Excel/Sheets, and able to tell a clear story with data

Confident and polished with clients, and able to explain and defend a strategy with numbers

Self-directed and organized enough to manage several accounts remotely without hand-holding

Amazon Ads certifications (DSP, AMC) are a plus

Why Incrementum

Fully remote

Work on a wide mix of brands and categories at meaningful spend levels

A team that values sharp thinking over busywork

Early access to new tools and workflows, including AI-assisted analysis
