Amazon Expert

IBSTEC is looking for an experienced Amazon Expert with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing Amazon businesses. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise across the complete Amazon business cycle, from product sourcing and hunting to private labeling, launching, optimization, and scaling.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough Amazon product hunting and market research to identify profitable opportunities.
• Handle product sourcing and coordinate with suppliers/manufacturers.
• Manage the complete Private Label process, from product selection to launch.
• Develop and implement effective product launch strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize product listings for better visibility and conversions.
• Manage Amazon PPC campaigns, including campaign setup, optimization, and performance monitoring.
• Analyze sales, PPC, competitor, and market data to improve overall performance.
• Manage product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, backend search terms, and A+ Content.
• Monitor inventory, pricing, sales performance, and product profitability.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify opportunities for business growth.
• Handle Amazon account and catalog-related issues when required.
• Develop strategies to improve organic rankings, sales, and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with Amazon policies, marketplace trends, and algorithm changes.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable business insights.
• Identify and implement strategies for scaling Amazon products and brands.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven hands-on experience in Amazon.
• Strong experience in Product Hunting, Product Sourcing, Private Label, and Product Launching.
• Practical knowledge of Amazon Seller Central.
• Experience with Amazon PPC and listing optimization.
• Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, keyword research, and ranking strategies.
• Experience with tools such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Keepa, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to independently manage Amazon operations from product research to scaling.
• Candidates with experience managing international Amazon marketplaces will be preferred.
