Prime Scalers is a full service Amazon marketplace agency helping brands develop their presence and grow sales on Amazon. As our agency expands, we are looking for an Amazon Listings Executive to create, update and maintain product listings across multiple client accounts.

This is a practical role focused on keeping product content accurate, complete and presented to a high standard. You will set up new products, amend existing listings, upload images, implement agreed content improvements and contact Amazon Seller Support when issues need resolving.

You will work across different brands and product categories, following each client’s requirements and brand guidelines. Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise requests across several accounts will be essential.

The Role

• Create new product listings in Amazon Seller Central using approved product information, copy and imagery.
• Update product titles, bullet points, descriptions and relevant search terms.
• Upload, replace and arrange listing images in the correct order.
• Maintain accurate product attributes, including sizes, colours, materials, quantities and other relevant details.
• Create and maintain product variations where required.
• Support keyword research and implement agreed keyword and content improvements.
• Check that submitted changes appear correctly on live product pages and follow up where updates have not been accepted.
• Investigate listing errors, content update problems and other catalogue issues.
• Raise and manage Amazon Seller Support cases where required, providing relevant product information, screenshots and supporting evidence.
• Track open support cases, follow up on responses and check that issues have been resolved correctly.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant team member, keeping clear records of actions taken.
• Keep a clear record of requests, completed changes and outstanding actions across multiple client accounts.
• Work with the wider team to obtain missing information and prepare listings for product launches.

The Person

• Practical experience using Amazon Seller Central to create or update product listings.
• Experience editing product copy and uploading listing images.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to spot inaccurate or missing information.
• Good written English and the ability to produce clear, accurate product content.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks across several client accounts.
• Clear communication skills and a persistent, organised approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to follow briefs, meet deadlines and check completed work accurately.
• Some experience using keyword research software, such as Helium 10 or similar Amazon tools, is desirable.
• Experience with Amazon variation structures, bulk upload files and Seller Support case management would also be an advantage.
